Each and every stage of manufacturing of Fasteners & Screws is followed by highest quality norms and inspected by inspection plan & random inspection policy to confirm the accuracy, perfection, finishing etc. Range of Inspection tools & measuring & testing instruments are calibrated periodically as per requirements.
Finishing of final product is depended on almost all stages of manufacturing from purchasing of material to surface treatment. Our supervisors and Technical team is trained to inspect the fasteners while machining, trimming, drilling, tapping, milling, shaving, roll threading, roll forming, flattening, slotting, pointing, surface treating etc.
